Basically Windows Defender is a Anti-virus which protect your PC without any Anti-virus or any money from user. Basically we know that what an Anti-virus do in our PC. The same work is done by our Windows Defender. Their are two advanced ways to protect your PC using Windows Defender is Real-time protection & Browser integration. Let us understand what is  Real-time protection & Browser integration. Real-time protection, on-access scanning, background guard, resident shield, auto protect, and other synonyms refer to the automatic protection provided by most antivirus, anti-spyware, and other anti-malware programs. This monitors computer systems for suspicious activity such as computer viruses, spyware, adware, and other malicious objects in 'real-time', in other words while data loaded into the computer's active memory: when inserting a CD, opening an email, or browsing the web, or when a file already on the computer is opened or executed. Browser integration is integration with Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge  enables files to be scanned as they are downloaded to detect malicious software inadvertently downloaded. Although it does not integrate with non-Microsoft web browsers, Windows Defender scans for malicious downloaded files as part of its real-time protection.

Basically what all the Anti-virus  do to protect your PC from Internet is that they just simply turn on Firewall of there Anti-virus and just say that there Anti-virus is protecting your PC from Internet virus. So let me tel you is that they do not do anything different from what your Windows Firewall was doing before installing your Anti-virus on your PC. Firewall is a network security system that monitors and controls the incoming and outgoing network traffic based on predetermined security rules.A firewall typically establishes a barrier between a trusted, secure internal network and another outside network, such as the Internet, that is assumed not to be secure or trusted. This kind of work your Anti-virus also do. Now you must be getting how your Windows Firewall is much better than any Anti-virus.

What i will suggest you that, wasting your money in buying  Anti-virus to protect your Windows OS in your PC. I would suggest you that just turn on your Windows Defender & Firewall from setting or control panel and keep your system safe from virus.

What is Linux.Most of us say that Linux is just a operating system as like Windows but with no better GUI i.e Graphical User Interface.So first let us understand what is GUI.Graphical User Interface (GUI), is a type of user interface that allows users to interact with electronic devices through graphical icons and visual indicators such as secondary notation, instead of text-based user interfaces, typed command labels or text navigation.Now you must thinking that this is a bookish language or a language that mostly a CS engineer speaks about GUI.But what i know about GUI is that, it is way to communicate with user as simply as you can.To make the user comfortable with the OS and giving better service to the user.Whereas in Linux GUI is not so developed. But as the newer version of Linux  which  are coming in market you can get some of the better experience of GUI But not so good as Windows OS.Although as we discussing the difference between the  GUI of Windows and Linux there are some of the points which have to be covered under this topic.Mac OS is very different thing which i will cover next blog
